STRED Consult Ltd and its experts have worked for government entities in different countries, including for the private sector, civil society groups, the World bank Group (i.e., IFC) bi-lateral donors (DFID, USAID, EC, GIZ) and several United Nation Agencies (i.e., WFP, UNDP, FAO). As service providers of these reputable international organizations, we have had opportunities to analyze challenges that confronted these clients, and provided sustainable solutions based on their felt needs and respective terms of references.
These services have mostly focused on designing solutions provided through sustainable research, training and development services. As Consultants, we have contributed to strengthening clients’ programs aimed at ensuring economic growth, poverty reduction and other sustainable development goals.
Indeed, we also develop interdisciplinary and “tailored” capacity building modules to address the needs of special clients such as Cooperative Farmers and/or Farmer-Based Organizations, Micro-enterprises and Agricultural Extension Officer etc. Financial inclusion and investment in smallholder farming, sustainable management of community organizations and business development services including entrepreneurship training are provided for agricultural-agribusiness value chain actors.
